Sign&Send lets you send letters for Royal Mail delivery directly from Microsoft® Word.  With your letter is ready to send, simply click on the Sign&Send button in the Word ribbon, select the postage class, and hit SEND.  Three clicks and that’s it.  Your company branded letter will now be delivered by Royal Mail.

Sign&Send allows you to outsource your post-room and offers significant cost savings.  We offer members of the Commercial Law Network a special 2 year discounted rate not available to non-members.  In year one, a special discounted rate for members is available (outlined in the table below).  In year two, members will be eligible for a continued discounted rate as members of the Law Society of Scotland (usually only available in year one).  In your first year, the following savings would apply to a one-page colour-print letter on 100gsm paper in a C5 windowed envelope:
